flowers for cindy

While in Antarctica, one of my always spunky and energetic friends, Cindy, produced my favorite yarn-based creations for the annual McMurdo craft fair. She can whip them out quite quickly and her skills were in high demand as people walked by her table to buy one, or two, or more! I finally sat down to figure out these fun flowers which have turned out quite well considering I had to have my mom help me out with the double crochet stitch.
